Primary Purpose: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to add value to Software Development as independent contributor as well can lead small team upon project need. The Senior Software Engineer role requires excellent technical knowledge on hands-on software development skills along with some leadership exposure.
Key Job outcomes:
Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
Good Knowledge on SDLC processes and documentations.
Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them.
Solid understanding the principles of routing, client/server programming.
Ability to "think outside the box".
Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
Expert knowledge of maintaining and debugging live software systems.
Ability to determine whether a particular problem is caused by hardware, operating systems software, application programs, or network failures.
Good knowledge of security and encryption.
Knowledge on Unit Testing automation will be preferable.
Reporting to Manager Software Development for all functional as well as admin issues.
Interfacing with all leads and managers based out of India as well as other global offices. (24 X 7 work environment).
Interfacing with Business development, finance, and administration team members, Quality Assurance Team, DBA team and Business Analysis teams of for all functional as well as operational issues.
Based on project need.
B.Tech/B.E. – Computers/ IT, MscIT, MCA, ME graduate with excellent technical and analytical skills with professional experience as Sr. Software Engineer, Team Lead, Project Lead or related job function.
USA Healthcare related experience is added advantage.
Must have hands on development experience on Web Applications and Windows Applications using Microsoft technologies like .Net framework, ASP.NET, WCF, SQL Server.
Should have knowledge on Application designing and architecture, database query, advanced queries, stored procedures, optimization related to application, Understanding of Web Services, XML, Java-script, JQuery, AJAX, VSS, SVN etc…
To be familiar with full SDLC and various methodology.
Should have people management skills with small team size (2-3) resources.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
A. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Sr. Software Engineer.
B. Min 5+ years of hands-on exposure on technical software development.
C. Should have exposure to CMMi-L3 or Six sigma practices.
