Job Summary

The Lead Generation Specialist will play a critical role in creating opportunities with Health Plans, Medical Groups, ACO’s and Healthcare Systems. We are looking for experienced, aggressive, and thoughtful lead generation specialist who has a proven track record of success in idea generation and market penetration through identifying, creating, and nurturing opportunities that are successfully transitioned to a Business Development team for follow-up and closure.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary resource for the researching and prospecting of qualified new business leads.
  • Follow up, qualify, and nurture inbound/ outbound requests from multiple sources, including marketing campaigns, web leads and chats, cold calling, emails, inbound phone calls and referrals.
  • Drive target account and target market penetration through account planning and opportunity management working with Senior Management, Business Development and Marketing teams as necessary
  • Nurture opportunities by uncovering prospect business issues, pain points and goals, and communicate high-level value proposition for how Advantmed can meet and solve those needs through products and services offered.
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding qualified lead objectives through consistently achieving assigned lead generation goals and productivity metrics.
  • Continually source and implement best practices to generate leads to transition to Business Development team. 
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market conditions relative to specific service offering.

 

Qualifications:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a consistent record of professional and personal achievement. Creativity, initiative, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must, in addition to the following:

 

  • Lead generation/selling experience to Health Plans, Medical Groups, ACO and Health Systems preferred.
  • Self-starter, independent, spear heading and resourceful creating own leads and pipeline within existing customers.
  • Very comfortable in the “C” suite with a track record of successfully generating leads to transition to Business Development / Sales teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • Solution and Consultative Selling Skills preferred.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of above work experience in lead generation, preferably in the Healthcare market.
