Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Keep a track on the Projection and coordinate with the Client Engagement Managers/Client Executive team on the receipt.
2. To help the Operational departments on understanding the scope of the project and work with them to get the project started.
3. To gather all the information from the client for all the departments and have the project started and to make sure all the departments are able to work per the requirement.
4. Work with the Client/Client Engagement team for project start approvals and give a green signal to all the related departments to start.
5. To make the departments work on the timelines given by the client.
6. Manage different types of projects with their specifications. (PCs would be assigned their own projects which they would be managing)
7. Work closely with the Operations team and the Client Engagement team to fulfil the deliverables given by the client and make sure they are completed within the deadline.
8. Launch the projects assigned for the Operations team to work on after giving them all information related to the project and guide them to complete the project.
9. Setup calls in case of the guidance needed by Operations and guide them to expedite the project completion.
10. Any task given by AMs to any of the operational or non-operational department would be routed through PCs. In the same way any questions or concerns Operations would have will be shared to PCs and PCs would analyse the requirement and work accordingly.
11. PCs to handle client call along with the Client Engagement Manager as an Operational representative of Advantmed.
