Looking for a HCC Client Manager/ Senior Medical Coding Client Manager - Full Time Employee - Remote

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Medical or Healthcare

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Client with understanding their over-reading process.
  • Conduct coding guideline review with client.
  • Review any questions that arise during project with client for clarifications and ensure that those clarifications are documented in clear manner that is accessible to the entire team.
  • Weekly calls with client.
  • Ensure comprehensive meeting minutes given to management team in a timely manner.
  • Review QA reports received from client, challenge as needed and document feedback for training and managers to update staff.
  • Assist with review of internal quality audits and attend internal audit review meetings.
  • Attend internal coding query meetings and contribute to the resolution of guidance challenges.
  • Obtain and maintain expertise in industry guidelines and Advantmed policies & processes.
  • Assist CAM manager in resolution of client challenges.
  • Assist in training CAM assistants.

Desired/ Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical device industry knowledge.
  • HEDIS Experience
  • Results oriented, experience setting and consistently achieving objectives
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and willingness to make tough decisions in short time frame.
  • Ability to anticipate and to analyze risks and make strategic choices to balance current and long-term business opportunities
  • Solid understanding of US health care delivery system and key providers/players
  • Ability to learn quickly, with a recurring desire to acquire new skills and techniques

Working conditions

A qualified candidate will be able to lead these efforts from any geographic location in the United States. The Advantmed corporate office is in Santa Ana, CA, easy access to this location will be important.

  • Dependent on experience
